PLEASE NOTE: This offer does not indicate that any Moben Kitchens customer has lost, or will lose, their deposit. The offer will only apply in the event that Moben Kitchens is unable to deliver existing orders and defaults on the refund of deposits. Derrywood Kitchens will help any Moben Kitchen customer who loses their deposit if Moben defaults on an order and fails to refund the deposit to the customer. Derrywood Kitchens will supply an equivalent product and service package* (subject to availability) for a price that is no higher than the price of the Moben order, and will also deduct the value of the lost deposit from the total price payable (up to a maximum of 25% of the total value of the Moben order).

*Equivalent package The Derrywood Kitchens package offered in place of a Moben order will be for equivalent products and services (including installation and delivery, where applicable) in the Derrywood Kitchens range but there may be differences in relation to style, quality, materials, structure and other product characteristics. Derrywood Kitchens reserves the right to withhold this offer if it is unable to supply an equivalent package. Derrywood Kitchens does not guarantee that any delivery times and/or installation completion dates agreed with Moben will be met.

The offer only applies to orders for which a deposit has been paid but under which no products have yet been supplied and installation work has not yet begun.

To claim the offer, Moben customers should visit our Showroom in Salfords near Redhill, with their Moben order confirmation (setting out a full price breakdown for the order) and with documentary evidence confirming that the Moben order will not be fulfilled and any deposit will not be refunded. Derrywood Kitchens reserves the right to refuse this offer if this evidence is not provided or is unsatisfactory.

* The offer must be of equivalent value to the Moben order and made up of equivalent Derrywood Kitchen products and services.

Once a customer has accepted an offer for an equivalent Derrywood Kitchens package, the order will be treated as an ordinary Derrywood Kitchens order and our standard terms of supply will apply.
